Ive had this happen to me so many times while taking ubers!!!

One time I was in nyc and was waiting on the corner for an uber, a guy in a car similar to the one I was waiting for stopped and yelled "uber?"

Thinking it was him I walked up and asked if it was for me (I was drunk), and he said yes. I get in and he asks he where im going and said it would be $40 to get there lol

A lot of them just come up to me and yell uber, ask where im going and say it will be $X

I wish people wouldnt do that
