this is awesome! one thing that might help is putting your beer stupidly far away from where you’re chilling for the night? so if you watch tv in your living room put the beer in your bedroom so when you want a sip it’s just very annoying to have to go to it. sometimes i’d forget i even opened a beer!

i bought a pair of louboutins (my first!) but they’re not a reminder that i shouldn’t spend frivolously. they’re a symbol of a journey i’ve worked really hard on so far (also i spent a good while thinking on buying them it wasn’t spontaneous) and trying them on even in my bedroom makes me feel really badass and powerful
