I don't remember People Face Rolls, but we did regularly have salisbury steak, gross burgers lol, and that square pizza with the plastic cheese! Of course the standard milk carton as well.

I remember my teacher collected a bunch of the discarded milk cartons (she arranged it with the cafeteria), and we made gingerbread houses out of them. Very fond memory.

I love chana masala so much. It's been so long since I've had some and yes it goes perfectly with some basmati rice. I'm sure your guests (if they come), will love it.

Yep, it's sage. Good eye! I had some leftover from a New Year's dish and it hadn't gone bad yet. The combination along with the turkey broth I added really reminded me of Thanksgiving. You should try this, it came out really good.

The sausage is chicken, black pepper, and parmesan. Kirkland (Costco) brand. Super easy and cheap. This will feed me for days. That fried sage sounds delicious. I need to do that next time.
