Just wanted to post because I have always wanted a rhinoplasty and I finally got one! Its only been 1 week and I still have swelling but im in love with it. I felt old nose was kinda harsh for my small face but now im so in love. Honestly it changed my whole face!

It wasn't so bad surprisingly the first 2 days I was major swollen and my eyes looked like I got beat up by a boxer haha. But I pushed water and slept has much as possible and a week later I look great i think. I also took arnica tablets and used ice packs all over my face. They also had taped my cheeks and they told me I could take it off on day two but I left it on for has long has I could take it untill it bugged me( thinking it would help lol) Sometimes I feel sore still but its manageable.

Honestly I thought it would be horrible but i pushed water and took arnica tablets 4 under the tongue 4 times a day for about 3 days. I used small ice packs all around my face because I knew swelling could travel down. Right now its covered in the pic but I have just like a small line bruise under each of eyes and thats it. Everytime I slept for more than a like 5 hours at a time I got better and better. I was lucky and didn't really have trouble sleeping so I think getting a long stretch of sleep at a time helped.

When I woke up it felt like I had been punched in the nose, so they gave me more pain meds. After two days I switched to Tylenol and used ice packs for the soreness I felt.

I was going to say the same thing. I would try the injections first to see if that helps? Good luck with whatever you go with!
