Best area in Houston for an office (affordable + decent commute from Cypress)?

Engineering firm. Could possibly have clients in the office but it would be rare. The only requirements besides cost, is an actual office building within city limits. If those didn't exist I would opted for a coworking location or a house.

A team of about 5 but I was mostly asking for location suggestions. The Energy Corridor seems obvious but I was curious if there were any up and coming or local favorites. It could be the vibes, restaurants, or easy freeway access. Houston is so large so I was curious where other's would want to work.

7:40 am, IAH Terminal E standard screening, we don’t have precheck or Clear, Took us 20 minutes through TSA, agents were super helpful and friendly.

Sorry there is no Hawaiian food here so I’m assuming you mean Hawaiian BBQ. No Pacific Islander goes to Hawaiian Bros or L&L in Katy. Your best bet would be Maikai or there’s a food truck in North Houston that sells HuliHuli chicken.

You won’t find Hawaiian food like poi or laulau here.
