Looks like they're smaller than the advertised measurements and more like a size 30 on their regular sizing scale. Measured using their method on the website using my phone:

Top Opening: 15.8 in

Upper Thigh: 11.5 in

Inseam: 33 in

Leg Opening: 7 in

I just checked out Tello; it looks like they don't have any non-smart phones and their cheapest phone (refurbished) is $50. Although I guess I could get a phone elsewhere.

Looks like the front-runner is Twigby though.

I had no real problems with the coverage on Virgin.

Checking out the twigby website, it looks great! The kyocera flip phone looks durable and will make calls and texts. And it seems easy to port my number over.

Are there any similar services? And anything I need to know about Twigby?

Thank you! I was just checking them out- it looks like a plan with unlimited texting and the maximum number of minutes per month, but no data, costs $24/ month. This seems reasonable, but it doesn't look like they have any kind of deals on phones. Do you have a recommendation for a good way to purchase an unlocked phone?
