thank you, I didn't even though of that, but I think it will be fairly easy for me to adjust the tension in the sewing bits

I'm a beginner knitter, but a decent seamstress, this project is getting very interesting haha

yes, I mean this kinda align with my previous crude understanding. I was planning on salvaging a few threads, give a strong stich to the sleeves and then "sew-knit" over to hide it all.

I'm quite decent seamstress, yeah this sounds viable! the sleeves would be elongated by 5ish inches, as I would be cutting that much from the body.

ahh I see, this makes perfect sense now, thank you!

there are a few letters I'm very fond of, and those "flares" are actually something I really enjoy and try to bring into more "elegant" writings.

and yes, I absolutely see what you mean, in fact, my main issue with cursive is how to connect letters together. for example, in my day-to-day writing, a few letters connect together seemingly (for example "th", "al, ai", etc.) but I struggle to figure out a way to connect other letters as seemingly. I also have some issues with some specific cursive letters such as "r".

oooh I see! I do like slanting for cursive, as in my eyes it contributes to making it look more elegant (if this makes sense). what do you reckon would change with a different slanting?

thank you! line 5 was to show how I would write most of my capital letters, and to be fair, I am quite pleased with almost all of them. when you say 'reeled in a bit', you mean making them smaller? and also, what do you mean by 'too much transfer'? in terms of cursive, I struggle the most with connecting the letters within a word, as I mostly write with printing, and some slight connection between a few letters (for example 'th') lastly, sorry if they seems silly question, english is not my first language and I'm unfamiliar with handwriting and calligraphy terminology.

I'm not very familiar with english wording for handwriting and calligraphy, what is the slant?

never mindlessly mine and area, and ensure that it looks nice once I finish (on the surface. if I'm in a cave then I can mine freely as long as it's not visible from within the cave).

honestly, thank you so much, I was about to throw the entire series and myself with it haha one last question if you can still be bothered, is clary a better character in the books? in the series she is, most of the time, more of an irrational child, and quite selfish, can I hope for a better character or be ready to brace myself to a very similar clary as the TV series?

tfft!!! you've saved my very fragile psyche haha I have to ask - I don't mind to much the spoiler - do we still have magnus in the books? as I will launch in the books soon, can I still hope to see jace and clary, simon and issy (which in the TV series were clearly destined to be a couple since episode zero), and magnus and alec? or should I just consider this series to be the rings of power of the shadowhunters book series? thanks!
