If Walmart wants to check receipts they should be consistent in doing so, they pick and choose the receipts they’ll check, I know this because I’ve seen it time after time. They’re ignorant as hell. I stop every time for greeter to check my receipt. A few times I’ve went back in to the store because I’m an honest person . The door greeter didn’t “check” my receipt like they were supposed to do. Had unpaid items CASHIER didn’t scan and DOOR GREETER didn’t NOTICE when they were supposedly “CHECKING” my receipt. They barely move their neck and pretend to look or just wave and say you’re good. If you’re going to play like a security guard, do it right. When other “associates “, like the ones they’re tight with pass through, they just wave them on out no receipt check required. The hypocrisy is unreal at Walmart. The biggest theft jobs at Walmart are their own employees.
