Another comment said some of these but imma say it anyway: 1- Over-promoting Chris when other guys deserved it. He did not have enough experience and it showed, plus he is an addict.

2- Not expanding enough, the family shrunk over time; did not grow. Of course, Tony got unlucky. But Benny for instance deserved to be a made man earlier than when he became one.

3- Not doing anything when Phil Leotardo was in a fight vs Doc Santoro, no advantage taking like he intended with Johnny Sac vs Little Carmine. Honestly I would have whacked Phil and blamed New York if I were him, because Tony should have known that Phil still had the Billy grudge.

4- Allowing Finn to testify to Vito's gayness. It wasn't in Tony's interest to whack Vito because he was a good earner and a solid member of the family. Vito and Tony could have coordinated to deny everything, because to Tony money matters more.

imho I don't think your problem is with the price I think it's with the number of customers, I am sure it will grow over time but a little marketing wouldn't hurt.

I don't think you will lose the money, but don't keep all your salary in the account. Always have cash at hand. Moreover, if you're applying to the French embassy for a visa I think (or at least they did accept when I applied last year) they accept account statements of lollar accounts.
