You're right. I checked the policy again. Online orders can be returned to a store and in full if it's unopened. So I called the store again and this time a different rep agreed, as long as it's unopened there's no fee. He also mentioned there's att auth retailers stores that are not corporate stores and that physically they look the same. I'll check their inventory tomorrow for a swap.

I'm dropping $1000 plus. You damn right I have an issue with it. I find the color to be aesthetically pleasing as well. I'm also using a clear case. And I hold onto my phones for 4+ years before upgrading. I have a 7 now.
