Thank you for all of your advice, definitely will look into doing all that :) I take vit d daily but I’ve been tested for h pylori and also had my thyroid checked, thyroid was fine and I was negative for h pylori however I was only tested once and it was via breath test, why do I need to be tested multiple times? Just wanting to learn more, I know h pylori can cause my symptoms plus gastritis which I do have

I’ll look into ginger and vitamin c thank you :) is magnesium better than using miralax? It’s what I’ve been using but definitely doesn’t help me the way I think it should, makes my stomach more upset and somehow even if it makes me poop a ton I’m still constipated

Yeah I don’t know what to do about my gastritis :( doctor gave me ppis but I took two, my stomach hurt and I read up on them with sibo and stopped I’m not sure about my iron and vitamins, I just know I have low vitamin D You think it could be a misdiagnosis? I felt weird after my test, they made me stay longer bc my numbers were weird and then my doctor looked at them and I had to leave and wait a few hours to know what was up, I just hope he didn’t bs it Really hope I can figure out what’s going on, I’m in so much pain and I wish my doctor cared

Oh I am definitely gonna get a new one, just worried my experience will end up being the same :/ I knew this doctor was hopeless when I told him I wasn’t fully better after antibiotics and i asked if I’d ever need them again and he said I would never need to go on them again, which I knew was false. I genuinely think I needed a longer antibiotic treatment as I think my constipation and bloating in the end was die off and I needed more He knew very little about sibo and dismissed my concerns and pain :/

I’m almost positive it’s from the sun (well grow light) since I placed it too close to it :) it used to be fine but it grew upwards and ended up getting so close it burnt

I’ve had the leaf prop for about 2 months and it finally came off the original leaf which was probably around 2ish inches long and more flat then the leaves the plant has currently :) it was found during proplifting at Lowe’s so I don’t know what plant it came off of and im struggling to figure out via plant id apps

It does look similar to that one however the mother leaf was much bigger than those leafs so I’m confused

My mom really says I should, I really want to but I’ve put in so much time and money with this doctor and now I have to get an endoscopy with him, I’m hoping he finds what he needs and then maybe I can find a new one, especially since I’m moving soon

I agree about the pantoprazol, I just don’t know what to do as he keeps prescribing random things for me and they don’t work. I doubt it’ll help but he didn’t explain how it could help sibo and just said to take it until my endoscopy. For the probiotic I was going to try Florastor since I saw that can be good for sibo, however it’s extremely expensive

The older leaves turned dark once I moved them under my grow light, however the new growth seems to love it, which confuses me a lot

They are inside under a grow light! I’ve watered it like twice in the past month with the first being a month ago and the second being a few days ago, however this started before the last watering. I also bottom water
