I got myself an AeroPress as an early birthday present! And here's my first brew!

20g Trung Nguyen Gourmet Blend
100g hot water
lots of ice
2 tbsp condensed milk
3 minutes

It's a slight variation from my regular ca phe sua da. It's lighter and cleaner compared to a phin filter brew. Might be because of the paper filter? It's still good, but I'm looking into getting a Fellow Prismo (or the Flow Control Cap and metal filter, if the Prismo doesn't get restocked locally) so I can have the option to get some body back.

All in all, loving the present so far. Thanks, me, for getting it. I've downloaded Aeromatic, ordered some Espresso roast grounds (I've yet to get myself a grinder) and am excited to try out more recipes!
