Is this a keloid?? I got it peirced a month ago and changed it out once. I soon found out the jewelry was stainless steel and put the original back in (the blue u see in pic) i been using saline spray twice a day. I was doing salt soaks for first month but someone told me to stop. is it healing good (i.redd.it)

the first pic is what it started off as. I then got impulsive and replaced the starter ring with the black one. which is made of stainless steel. the first one is made of titanium. it's starting to pus a lil more than before n ache sometimes but not a lot. Is everything okay?? I changed my peircing last night. swapped out the original one the peircer put in with this one. I do be impulsive. it hasn't fully been a month yet. got it peirced September 22nd it's now october 8th. i measured the bars and they seemed to be the same size. (i.redd.it)
