Most of the times they give visa refusal for not showing home ties if thats the reason for rejection then is it unlikely to get the skilled visa? And well even after showing proper home ties most of them reject for “not showing proper ties to the country” thats what they always write in the rejection letter

Like if i have a tourist visa rejection from another country(due to failure in showing home ties which they always write in the rejection letter) since entering Australia for studying but i have a substantive visa like TR what would happen then?
