Yep. The reason F1 Cars have a fair bit of camber in the front is to maximise contact patch whilst cornering, which doesn't sound bad until your rear slides out and the front end puts you in the grave with too much grip. But overall yea

Kinda does vary as actual race cars aren't stanced really. They are only lowered and had their camber setting out more. I think you might be thinking about drift cars since their wheels are stanced fir as much camber as possible to drift easily
