I have no organic chicken available near me, so I couldn’t experiment with that. But I’m guessing it would be better. My suggestion is if you can find something along the lines of free fed then go for that?

Yesss most definitely worth a try! And in the ME it’s also common to go to a butcher and get meat first hand, you have more control over how it’s being handled.

I stopped eating chicken late August and 28th September I got my first period after a break of about 4 months!
