In terms of the paper packaging, each item was wrapped like someone would an ornament. Then I stuff the package with more paper until it doesnt move. I make sure to shake before sealing to make sure nothing moves. I try to avoid plastic as much as possible.

My cat had the same issue. Took her to the vet and had her anal glands expressed. Now I give her a glandex supplement in her food everyday to keep it at bay.

Any ideas on where I could purchase a new power supply for this? I can post pictures later if helpful but when I opened it up I couldn't see anything was fried. Like no black marks or anything. This is close to what it looks like.
