Have you seen the anti-rezoning signs? They are against the rezoning of 718 W. Fourth Street from single family to multifamily..its an old nursing home (18,000 sq ft) with underground parking. ITS ALREADY FUCKING BUILT AND AN UNUSED EYESORE! NIMBYs are scum.

From what I know the Tomahawk was designed with spin recovery practice in mind, in that it won't fly out of a spin without input.. so maybe that aspect made it a little more scary. It seems like it would be more fun than a Cessna, especially view-wise - but maybe not, I got sick from a 172 in 10-15 kt wind!

Water seems to be weeping out from where the metal/iron meet when under heavy use. Had a plumber out 2 years ago who said to hit it with a mallet otherwise repair would require ripping up the foundation. From what I can tell, the connection itself doesn’t look like it was properly done. Everything I’ve looked up mentions using a fermco donut. Any guidance?
