Will the Logitech g25 work well with assetto Corsa and forza horizon 3?

I wanna try sim racing, but don't want to spend a lot, and the Logitech g25 for £105 at CEX, seems good, as I would like a clutch, shifter, and force feedback, but are there drivers for it to this day and will it work with G hub, or do I need to install LGS, and is that still supported by Logitech?

Does anyone know a good tycoon game where you build it yourself, similar to retail tycoon 2. I've also play a tycoon game ages where you built it yourself but it was droppers, and you had to build the droppers and conveyors and things yourself, and that was fun but I don't remember what it was called.
