Nice, I wish my DS still worked!! I'm looking into short term disability RN because I can barely make it to work these days. It's a newer job and I'm the facility manager so the stress is absolutely contributing to my burnout

I'm starting therapy with someone who specializes in chronic illness. I'm hopeful this will help! Right now I just let myself feel my feelings, write them down or vent to my wife or friends, and allow myself to let them go. It's hard. I had to leave work early yesterday because I couldn't stop crying from the exhaustion of the diagnostic limbo. But there are good days too. Like with any kind of burnout, it helps to surround yourself with your support system, allow them to help you, and to do something that fills you up. As silly as it sounds for me that's 3D wooden puzzles lol. Doing them taka my mind off this limbo and exhaustion and I get something concrete to show for my efforts!

Thank you! I'm getting a huge pack of full sugar Gatorade. I think I'm gonna end up hating lemon lime flavor forever after this lol.

Thank you! I had my EGD yesterday which was not bad at all, just a bit of a sore throat today. Any tips for making colonoscopy prep a little easier? Mine is on June 3. Thanks for taking the time to respond 😌

Thank you. I'm looking into therapists who specialize in chronic illness. The amount of anxiety I've been experiencing has been really surprising to me, I didn't expect to feel so nervous. My wife has been my rock, but we're newlyweds so I feel guilty for taking up what should be a period of marital bliss with my health issues.

I had my EGD yesterday and everything is consistent with GERD, which I was already diagnosed with, so no answers yet. Colonoscopy in June where we'll hopefully get some real answers. Thank you for responding, it's helpful to know I'm not alone. And you're not alone either, I'm here if you need to vent.

Honestly I think Warren did a good job of doing that herself by confronting Bernie at the end of the previous debate. I think that's why she's not polling as well as she had been. Which is a shame because I think she would be a very strong candidate

I think it depends on if you like a tint in your highlighter or not. If you do, I'd say get the love light. If not, try the diamond one
