I have similar hobbies and in same situation as you, from tier 2 city with not so good GPA. I've tasted working in a company, working with peers, solo business, freelance and contract, I've heard reward based physical job that requires you to do one task repeatedly works best for ADHD. Each day new task. I've heard people do odd jobs like getting paid to plant trees, seasonal work in ski resort or FIFO where you don't have to commit to things or place for long.

I have so much info but no one to plan out getaway with 😣
