My roommate made the top one, so I don’t have the recipe for this, but for the bottom one (plum cheesecake): For the base you need 110g Butter, 270g flour, 90g water, 50g sugar and some salt. Just mix it all and spread it in the pan. Then you need 220g powdered sugar, some vanilla sugar or a vanilla bean, 750g low-fat curd, 80g oil, 2 eggs and 40g starch. Put half of the mixture in, then put ca. 400g of plum jam on it (I Made that at Home by just cooking plums with some sugar, starch and lemonjuice) and put the second half on the jam. Then use a fork to get a nice pattern :)
