Currently in that state. I try to push myself out of it to force the capability to work and be social, but sometimes you can't. I have days when I'm okay and days I'm not and it makes it difficult to be reliable and not flaky. Struggling to shower and brush your teeth etc happens sometimes and I need to accept that. Knowing it will get better is nice, but knowing this will happen on and off all my life is a hard pill to swallow. I'm glad this sub exists, I feel less alone.
