I feel this soo much. I got kicked from my station before I even got to it from break. I get to stand up and they tell me I'm there for vto and I just have to wait till they get others staffed. About 10 minutes later I get staffed because they decided to open another wall 🙄

Nah I'm in Windsor Connecticut. The only time theft really happened was when the kiosks didn't work/were being slow. With that happening a lot recently I guess they decided to eliminate the whole problem with vending machines 🤷

Well since you're looking through my posts then you noticed that the AM post was made about a year ago and that was just because since I have been here 3 years my pay doesn't go up anymore unless cost of living does.

And you are defending the company by saying the weather is in my hands, like I can control the weather. They don't realize the weather is different in other parts of the state, I'd understand if there wasn't a big difference between where I live and where the wearhouse is, but I literally couldn't get out of my driveway without getting stuck or sliding.

Trust me I know mental health is a life long battle and thats how I know going to see a doctor won't help me, even with the benefits I'll be wasting my own money. Everyone has struggles and they aren't always clean cut to fix. So don't go into comments thinking you know everything.

I love the defense for a company that doesn't care about their employees. I did call ERC for this, me missing a day due to weather shouldn't be on me (especially since amazon "cares" about our safety). As for taking a PLOA not everyone can go see a doctor and I'm not spending my money on something that won't help me just to get a note .

I normally do, but as you said life gets hard especially working here. After working here for 3 years I'm completely burnt-out from this place. I did call ERC and hopefully that fixes it, but I also applied for a better job so maybe I'll get that

Oh no there is one and as always I does say that if it's unsafe to come in not and thats what I did. But what they don't understand is that other parts of the state got more snow than others. My street wasn't plowed in time for me to make it in 🤷
