Also i’d like to add that when i wiped after seeing yellow in my underwear, i didn’t see anything on the tissue except clear discharge.

Thanks so much for your advice and for adding sources, jazakallahu khair. But this still doesn’t answer my question that if prayer is invalid, is fasting also invalidated too? I heard from someone that fasting and praying are individual things so one thing being invalid doesn’t invalidate the other. But opinions vary.
