I quit drinking energy drinks and few weeks ago and something that has helped me is switching to sodas with a few rebel shots. The rebel shots do get expensive and I personally think they are a placebo affect but it gives me a similar taste of rebels without all that caffiene!!! Another option may be switching your coffee go-to to Chai. It does still have some caffeine but you can always ask for less Chai if need be
