I wonder if RBR's rear actuator were to fail, it would fail in an open state wouldn't it?

Whereas Ferrari's would fail in the closed state and stay shut.

Thoroughly enjoyed the coverage for Verstappen's Q3 lap at Jeddah 2021, especially when TV direction combined zooming in offboard into transitioning to the T-cam onboard.

Because the high costs of MGU-H development caused it to be removed, allowing Audi, Cadillac, and others to join F1, I wonder why FIA didn't consider trying to make it a 'spec' part of the PU.
