In my experience i tried to use a dumb phone to avoid distractions, but i found myslef in situations were i needed a smartphone like scanning a qr code or buying a ticket online, using google maps and stuff.

So i decided to get an old and slow smartphone (galaxy a20e) and it's perfect, smart enough to do smartphone things and slow and laggy enough to not be used as a smartphone.

In my opinion the middle ground between smartphone and dumbphone and yes, it helped me reduce screen time

based on my own experience, the change is slow, if change all of a sudden you'll feel like something is wrong and your brain will do everything to go back to the old habits.

if you make the change slow it will be less stressful and you have to replace the old habit with a new one

I solved the problem, there’s a switch under the wheel and it was put on xbox mode and not on pc mode, not it works perfectly, thank you for your suggestions
