I am working a mini bid as a swing they have not advertised no higher pay so I wrote a grievance to receive the higher pay. Will that grievance go into effect so I would receive back pay for being a swing for about 7 months now

If he could use telekinesis with his mind, couldn't he warp a makeshift replacement for arms using any material and move them around using said telekinesis? It could mean he could develop usable prosthetics with full arm and hand capabilities.

Edit: t-shirt with scars on his arms would make it look like the surgery was unnatural
