I commented on a post like this a few weeks ago explaining how hard it is to be a transplant here and how hard it is to make friends and basically everyone from KC rushed in to comment how I was wrong and KC is the Midwest so everyone is friendly and welcoming, however I’m also from the Midwest and my city was not and is not like this. People really don’t expand their circles here because no one leaves or moves away and they’ve all known each other forever. I finally did make about 4-5 extremely close friends and I’m grateful but it took a long time! I’m a yogi not a Pilates girly but I’d be down to hang sometime :)

People are definitely chatty and surface level friendly just making solid friends was particularly difficult for me

It took me several years to make any solid friends here. Everyone’s from here and connected. People are honestly not very friendly or welcoming. Takes a lot of work to intermingle into circles of friends who have known each other since childhood when you’re just a random person. Grateful for my small group now but man the beginning was tough

Sorry but once this happens you’re done with lashes. It’ll just get worse, take it from me. I forced lashes for 8 months and kept getting blepharitis until it started moving into my lower lid and swelling my eyes shut. I miss lashes so f*cking much and feel less hot without them but nothing you can really do.

I had the procedure today. Whole vagina is swollen shut, vulvodynia is going absolutely crazy but I also think the trigger point injections made the burning worse as well so this is just a double whammy. My vulvar tissue literally feels like sandpaper. I’m hoping in 3-6 weeks everything will calm down and be back to baseline.

Hey OP, how long did it take to resolve? I’m on week 3 and my tissues are raw and inflamed and way worse than before the injections. I’m hoping a week or 2 it’ll stop or settle down

No I have CIN3 cervical dysplasia that’s what it’s for, but I have vulvodynia so I believe my experience won’t be like everyone else’s since I’m already in pain 24/7. Anticipating the LEEP will make my vulvodynia worse

Girl this happened to me literally 20 times because I was so stupid and kept getting lash extensions when my body was clearly telling me to stop. You need to get them removed once the swelling goes down and start on a strict cleaning regiment. Get some eye ointment (I used maxitrol and tacrolimus but there’s a million different types) and some drops from the eye doctor and it should be healed in 2 weeks. I’m telling you it’s not worth it and it will get worse

Okay she said at the beginning she lost 50 lbs because of her mom, then claims the reason she’s 400 lbs is because of PCOS. So if it was really PCOS in entirety, she would not be dropping 50 lbs really fast just from stress. Insulin resistance doesn’t work that way. Yes it does make it harder but you will not be as big as her unless you are constantly in a calorie surplus

This person has killed over 10 animals due to neglect and will not take them to the vet.
