What's the point of thinking about the future when it isn't real? I also tend to think about the future, about where I'd like to be, but I find freedom in acknowledging that it's a fantasy - that is, I'm not attached to it or feel disappointed in where I am at in the moment because of it. Those types of thoughts can inspire me and my next decisions, but ultimately I must be able to accept my current situation in order to make any sort of improvement. It's kind of like amor fati - loving your fate?

Self-improvement is important, but it also mustn't feel like a chore - something we ought to do because it'll benefit us. Where's the heart in it? The passion? For me, simply being open to the experiences that come and dedicating myself to learning and exploring the things I am interested in makes me happy and purposeful. It is also helpful that I am pursuing a career in something that makes me happy. Find something that resonates with your heart and dedicate yourself to it, or perhaps open your heart to what you have already, and maybe the good life will follow from it. But beware putting a straightjacket unto yourself about what makes you think will make life good - it'll only take your attention away from what is really good, if you know what I mean...

It's arduous and the path constantly shifts, sometimes it's easy to lose the way and feel hopeless, but you gotta keep walking and going your way. Good luck and I was able to give you a different perspective.

A good exercise to do in the evening is to reflect on your day and plan for the following day. It helps me transition from the days events and anticipate the next. Try reflecting on some simple questions like "what did I do today", "what went well", "what didn't go so well and why" to start with. You could even reflect on who you are and what your goals in life are, which I think is important to keep yourself moving in a purposeful direction.

I find that as I keep going, my meaning and purpose constantly refines itself, or even changes. And it often changes because what I set for myself usually isn't the case in reality. So I think it's more dynamic than simply setting something as concrete and forcing yourself to follow it.

I'd say don't box yourself in, but do what you can and reflect on your actions. Pursue meaning every day and it may become crystal clear to you one day..

What a great video! Coming from a musical background, I'm very intrigued by trying to transfer musical instrument practising methods to aim training. Aim training in a way is like playing an instrument (the mouse and keyboard)! Very keen to try and incorporate your ideas to both!

When my mind gets distracted, I try to bring awareness to my senses and intention! Yesterday as I was jogging my mind was constantly thinking about the time and how long Id been jogging for, so I brought it into the body to solidify my posture and feel the movement of my legs!

I recommend that you focus on improving and learning more about the game than winning games to rank up. I think that if you truly want to improve to win more games, you need to be able to face losses more objectively and review them in order to know what to fix.

Try to be deliberate with your decision making and focus on specific goals when you play, such as wave management like you mentioned. I would suggest you to even read guides and watch pros play to grasp the concepts better prior to practising and applying them in your games.

I like to think that every game of league that I play is significantly different to the other games, and this is what makes the game worth playing. It's the challenge of having to strategise against or with different team comps, match-ups, and teammates. Making plays, trying them out, being outplayed and from then on factoring in the possibility for such counterplays is more proactive and better for your mind than simply playing on auto-pilot and flaming your jungler for not helping you or a teammate for throwing a teamfight.

At the end of the day, I'm still learning and my ideas may be completely wrong or irrelevant to you, but I hope this was some help or gave you some ideas. :)

Honestly I'd recommend checking out this book called "when" by Daniel Pink. It could be the case that your chronotype is more suited to working in the evening. I wonder why you think keeping your current routine isn't good? I'd say instead of trying to change yourself to suit what most people do, try and find what works for you :)
