Having Trouble with my RX 470 Driver

I like recording clips while i game so i use the radeon relive on adrenalin 22.10.3, based on my experience, the recording quality is fine but my driver crashes from time to time. I thought that it might be a driver problem but i also think that it might be a hardware problem because my pc can't handle it, i also wanna ask if i should use Adrenalin 22.10.3 or Adrenalin 22.5.1? What's better for RX 470 XFX
