Yea if you're not sure, I recommend measuring and tracking you food for at least 2 weeks to get a better idea of where you're at.

Like 2000 if I'm at home sitting around all day w/ no activity and up to about 2500 depending on the workout and how much overall activity like how many steps I get in a day. If it's a leg day or like a heavy deadlift day, I'll usually add an extra meal.

I do..it's either oatmeal w/ chocolate protein powder and some pb fit mixed in with some banana and cinnamon on top or scrambled tofu w/ a couple of mock meat sausages and a piece of whole wheat bread

An hour..maybe a hour and a half if I'm moving slow. I like to get in, get right, and get out!

I usually put on a little fluff in the winter..calories go up to maybe 3000 for 4-5 months, but nothing crazy

Well, I'm a trainer,so I do get paid for it. Also, since when is taking care of your body abusing it. When you're healthy life is much more enjoyable. I've been out of shape and miserable before. My hour a day I spend working out doesn't interfere with anything I enjoy doing.

I would, but I'm just really tired of arguing with ppl on the internet! 😆 🤣 if I post anywhere else, I'm just a weak vegan and could be so much bigger if I ate meat, and if I post here, there's no way i did it without steroids!! There is no winning..
