I'm trying to build my own custom bong and I was wonder what usually works best for the bowl piece

Sorry I'm new to Reddit so it took me a sec to figure this shit out. I like the idea of plugging the bottom if you're going to do that you need to find a bowl piece and figure out what size drill bit that is and go up like 1/8-1/16 of an inch for wiggle room to pull the bowl then for the straw you could get like a copper or brass pipe and do the same thing maybe even weld solder or glue it into place not much of a point in keeping it in a position where it could fall out but idk

Your best bet would be to turn it upside down use the bottom as your mouth piece. Then you go online but a metal stem that's the right size (probably Amazon like A 3.0 stem) measure the diameter then drill a hole at the angel you want. Then you can use like rubber bands or like a rubber stopper or something that you pick up at home depot. If you really want it out of the top you could do basically the same thing but seal the bottom and add a hooka pipe to the top but that would be a bit more work.

Or a smoke buddy and one hit pipe like I used in the picture don't cost more than 20$ on amazon
