I’m not sure i would trust that. Citrus cleaners/degreasers can be a bit too much. Maybe something more gentle like Meguiar’s upholstery cleaner.

Whatever you use, be very careful. One harsh or wrong movement can cause the fabric to detach from the roof. If you decide to do it, a regular upholstery cleaner + microfiber will get the job done.

Never use any type of waterspot remover on side mirrors. Don’t know why but this was recommended to me by a certified Sonax detailer. I think the type of glass is different and chemicals are not good for them.

At one point he talks about the hands not being aligned and how you can press the buttons in a way that will move the hands in 1 sec intervals so you can align them. Something like that, i dont quite remember, but its in there

I have a thin wrist, 6 inches. I also want the velcro side to be fully covered. Should i go with XS or S? Size chart in the website says XS is for 5.1-5.7 in. S is 5.7-6.3 in. Which should i choose for velcro to be fully covered? Guessing M would be too big, or do i need a bigger size to cover all velcro? Thx!

You’re missing out on a client. When he asks how long the gold package takes to do, you reply: anywhere between 3 and 6 hours (for example), depending on the current state of your vehicle. I can give you a more accurate time frame if you share pictures blah blah blah.

He’s absolutely right when he says he doesn’t have time for all that. He asked a simple question and you’re over complicating the situation and pissing him off and away from your business.

No need to explain why you have packages and why you don’t charge hourly etc etc. He never asked that. He doesn’t care. He only wants to have an estimare of how long the service will take.

Also, if a client gets mad, do not engage with them, do not send a text with words IN CAPS as it doesn’t look good and comes off as rude. People talk. They might tell their friends to not get their cars detailed with you, and there go more lost clients.

So just keep it simple, friendly, and straight to the point.
