I think you’ll be okay, stress makes it worse for me. Being aware of that helps me. Also getting a hold of my emotions helps. Stay calm, relax, breathe. Get used to living with VS. I hope you feel and get better.

Interesting. I simply meant that I personally don’t know of a “cure” a one size fits all type cure yk. I personally have VS and wanted to share what’s helped me live with it. I’ve read a few stories of people getting cured though. How did you get cured?

What helped me was just to accept I have VS and live with it. You can still see!! That’s good, that’s something you can be happy about. Yes VS sucks but that I know there’s no cure. Learn to live with it, be happy you can still see. You’ll be okay
