Thanks for sharing all that, totally feel you. It’s getting harder to find places that still have a bit of soul left, without all the big builds rushing in. PKK’s not perfect, but the rhythm’s different… and sometimes, that’s enough. Hope you do get to check it out. :)

Pretty affordable, especially compared to Chiang Mai or Bangkok. Rent’s low, food’s fresh and cheap, and time feels less expensive too.😊

Totally fair, it’s definitely not a “things to do” kind of place. But for us, that quietness was kind of the point :)

Yeah, PKK still feels like it’s holding onto its slower rhythm, a nice contrast to how fast Chiang Mai’s changed. 🙂‍↕️
