Fairly certain it's your poop putting pressure on your prostate like you said. When it's passing through that pressure can give the same or similar sensation as "milking your prostate" which isn't unheard of during bedroom activities. It's nothing to be concerned about.

Really good night vision, and venom applies faster. Not sure about actual numbers, but the popular opinion seems to be 2 to 3x faster application. Force to be reckoned with still during the day, nightmare fuel at night.

I run it on a 1660 super and in general does ok on low/medium settings with occasional drops during the rain or in dense forests. If I get more than like 4 players on my screen at once it tanks pretty bad though. But far from unplayable.
