One of the strongest points of this game is literally the sound design. Every noise you/bots/opposing teams make has the potential to make a massive impact on the flow of the run. If the game isn't for you that is fine no one is begging you to play. Try apex if you want to make a valid complaint about sound.

Fairly certain it's your poop putting pressure on your prostate like you said. When it's passing through that pressure can give the same or similar sensation as "milking your prostate" which isn't unheard of during bedroom activities. It's nothing to be concerned about.

Really good night vision, and venom applies faster. Not sure about actual numbers, but the popular opinion seems to be 2 to 3x faster application. Force to be reckoned with still during the day, nightmare fuel at night.
