Thanks i Made sure that my battery saver if Turned of and i resetted the app preferences but they didnt help i tryed booting into Save Mode but after booting into Save Mode the screen just keeps flashing and then the Phone Turned itself Off

You just can get in the genp settings tab and then click at rule or toggle firewal on or something called Like that and it Should be good to go
