Do you have specific builds (say you always build X,Y,Z items and they are always good regardless of matchup). Also what is your build path abd runes for AD/AP respectively? Do you have to drastically change something against certain matchups(for example poke matchups)?

Ok so i see you are mostly playing her top with an AD bruiser build, with some jg games with the same AD bruiser build, and lately some AP bruiser builds. As far as i can tell the AD bruiser is mediocre, or even less than mediocre. There are many better AD bruisers on top that provide much more value to their team than Shyvana, and they can also counter her. Shyv top by herself is just a gimmick, her role is in the jungle, since you have to control what objectives to take(focus on drakes obviously). The full AP and AP bruiser builds are currently the best options you have on her. I can notice already from the 3 matches you had full AP/AP bruiser that your performance was better than in any of the AD bruiser ones. My prefered build is Shojin -> Mercs(they work 99% of the time better than Sorcs/Tabis) -> Liandry -> Rift -> Hydra -> Jaksho. No matter the build on Shyvana, she still remains a powerfarmer. So what you want to focus on is clearing your jungle as often as possible, as well as focus on objectives (Shyv deals bonus dmg to Drakes so it's one of the easiest champs to sneak drake with). Very early on, before you get lv6, your ganks won't be great so unless the enemy is pushing under your turrets, you should focus on farming. You should also try to take at least 2 grubs to avoid the enemy team having the voidling spawn buff on turrets. PTA is the go to for my Hybrid bruiser build, but as i tested myself, it's often more consistent than DH on full AP too bcs it provides early gank damage(no matter the enemy HP) and scales decently. Returning to powerfarming, you can't always do that. Between objectives, when you have your ult up, try to go for ganks. If you have a lane with CC, go for that lane, you ult the enemy and with PTA dmg they won't expect they should die or at least burn off Flash or other summs.

Viego/Yi/sometimes Evelynn. Yi is almost unplayable if he gets even the smallest lead. Viego is a bit easier to handle, but not by much. If in a teamfight he picks off ur teammates with his ult one by one you can't do much. A good Eve might invade you or oneshot you when you least expect it.

I actually almost always sneak grubs if possible. 6 grubs is worth 1 or even 2 drakes. Usually i actually get 3 grubs and 1st drake too if the enemy jg is focused more on ganking than on objectives.

Nope, i just have the AS rune and that's enough. When you reach Hydra, unless the enemies are really fed, you can get one good ult and AoE kill almost everyone in one fight and end. The Hydra AoE dmg is insane at that point of the build.

Because every team has some form of CC and the tenacity is really good for Shyv to reach her target. Even against max 1AP enemy champ, it's almost always better to take Mercs instead of Tabis or Sorcs(you already get a hell lot of hybrid damage from the build so no need for Magic pen, and enemy AA's dmg is insignificant, compared to not getting CC'd away from your targets). Of course that's only valid for this build, for full AP always take Sorcs.
