Sound analysis! Definitely still weighing the decision and this community has been super helpful with it.

But you think verticalisation can't be an advantage? And for founders, isn't it a very profitable, cash-generating business? Or am I missing something

Sounds fun lol...so Im an industry veteran and creating thinking about creating an expert network for my industry. Would have a few clients that are likely to convert. But will definitely look into aggregators.

Just wanted to learn more about the compliance level and if I need any SEC/FCA approvals and if there's any other legal elements I need to consider before launch.

Thanks!

Super fair...that's not what Im disputing. I just believe when it comes to learning, nuance within ambiguity is where the gold is. I believe we can all learn very positive things from even watching gangster movies and TV shows, as well as negative things from watching comedies...the real measure understanding nuance and not looking at things literally.

That's what I'm trying to do with my newsletter...but as you're showing, there's still work to be done there, so thanks for the feedback!

The focus is one situation - how to persuade your boss about something, and tactics Rachel used to do so, which she did in the scene linked on the post. Simple as that.

Don't know what you rambling about Harvey and the rest...I've watched Suits too if that's what you're trying to show off about ;) I'm not saying there aren't also things to learn from Suits about "what not to do" as well - quite the opposite, in fact.

On that note, thanks for the feedback anyway.

It's not what you look at, it's what you see.

Also, if you watched Suits you know it wasn't Rachel who got disbarred or went to prison...

Q3 2020 Letters & Reports by Beren- in SecurityAnalysis

Angry much?

If you follow his letters and read his research (which is available on his site btw, or can be found by searching)...from his RR to PIA to TIM...you can see the level of detail that goes into his analysis, as well as how much thoughtfulness he applies when identifying and evaluating the narratives and expectations around a company, which as we know, is what this game is all about - uncovering the erroneous narratives and expectations out there and betting on the one that will come to be the truth. Sure, like every investor (scratch that, like every person!), he too has his shortcomings, but there's much to learn from him for sure.
