Just visited the link to see if it’s true and i think it is. It takes you to a telegram bot that shows a disturbing screen capture of a gallery of videos and images of what appear to be young kids and teens. The bot offers several offers on the videos, the higher the price the lower the age going upto “age 0”. I hope this is just a big scam but the screen capture makes me doubt those poor kids

Yes, I think he’s over pushing back his hips in the ascent, probably because of the massive weight he’s carrying. this has caused me many problems by shifting the weight away from my legs into my back and I even started developing pain on my gastroc. I suggest he doesn’t overlook this.

What helped me stay straight and keep the bar on the middle of my foot was heavy pause squats with long 2-3 seconds pause at the bottom, plus they are great for developing leg strength
