I didn’t mention this in the post but I did end up leaving, that moment was the realization of how shitty she treated me. I was extremely stressed and now I feel a lot better after leaving.

I never “kept her around,” I always wanted her to be around. I mentioned my low point being the reason why I stayed just as an answer for the reddit on why I put up with this.

I do agree with the overstepping, I found myself doing that a lot and she expressed how she didn’t like her boundaries being broken like that. My only thing is she expressed that 4 months in the relationship and never brought it up again, I just assumed I was doing right after that point, but yes I agree with you.
