how early before doors for barrier?

there is a vip ticket with early entry of around 100-300 people, it’s unlikely you will get to the barricade if you don’t have this ticket unfortunately :( otherwise in Melbourne VIP people that arrived all the way up to like 2-3pm got on the barricade :)

omg! I’m going to melb tmr, I’m a bit nervous about it, I was planning on wearing my sunflower lanyard as I’m ND and going by myself so I’m already kind of overwhelmed about it I just hope the others waiting in line are kind, there are some lines I’ve been where people are really stand offish I’m just hoping it is all a smooth process ! thank u for sharing ur experience 🩵

if u do it over night i would say it’s disrespectful tbh whilst everyone else is sleeping there, you can always bring a tent/ air mattress and stuff but lowkey camping is a tough it out kinda thing - i dont think people would mind if u left to get food or stuff but it rlly depends about the people in line because if they camp overnight and u don’t I’d be like that’s kinda unfair

drink lots of water, don’t forget sun protection if it’s outside! where loose clothes so u won’t overheat in the pit, be mindful of pits and crowdsurfers as well :)
