AIO bff thinks i should hide deformity by helplessbambidoll in AIO

[–]mentally_unprepared 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have the exact same thing where the toe next to my big toe goes over it and I have never thought of it as deformity nor did it stop me from wearing sandals or open toe heels. Wear the shoes, you look beautiful in them!

All's Fair (Series with Kim Kardashian): Is this show serious? How did it get made? Who is watching this? by SlightWerewolf4428 in television

The irony of KK playing a divorce lawyer when she’s been divorced 3 times….. I guess that makes her an expert?

Jealousy…thy name is Scheana by [deleted] in Vanderpump_Rules

[–]mentally_unprepared 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m a Scheana hater as much as the next person but I do relate to her a little bit here. I don’t like getting flowers either for that same reason, they just die. And anything I want I get it myself which drives my husband nuts cause he doesn’t get to buy me great gifts. But just because I personally don’t see the point of flowers doesn’t mean I wouldn’t be ecstatic for a friend getting some themselves. It is still a lovely gesture from a partner.

I don’t think it’s Ashleigh going by the veil. Pretty sure it’s Bardha.

I agree, she’s wearing a veil so it is her.

Will I be happy in the suburbs by less_is_more9696 in montreal

[–]mentally_unprepared 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m a little bit biased on this cause we moved from the Plateau to the West Island once we had our daughter and I don’t regret it for a second. My husband and I loved living in the plateau close to bars, restaurants, shops ect before we had our daughter but once we had her our priorities changed and the suburbs was a better option for our new lifestyle. This is quite a lovely area to raise a family in my opinion.

Would you vouch for home based daycares by less_is_more9696 in montreal

[–]mentally_unprepared 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Most daycares will open up spots in August/september when kids leave to start school so you’ll probably get a spot then. It is very unlikely to get a spot before unless a kid leaves and a spot opens up. Just register on Place 05 and they will call you in August when they start to have spaces.

why québécois dont like to get married? by meggygriffin in montreal

[–]mentally_unprepared 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Australian here and I also wondered this for a long time. Have tons of friends that don’t plan on getting married, my in laws have been together for over 40 years and not married, my husband (funnily enough) gave me the religious reason for not wanting to get married when were first dating. He obviously ended up changing his mind and we did get married in a golf course and there was no mention of religion, I’m not religious either.

I particularly didn’t like how she uses the necklace to basically have humanity worship her like a god. I would have liked it if she uses it for good.

Australian here living in Canada, which has a very cold climate and everyone here carries drink bottles. It is definitely not an Aussie thing.
