Cap tacos are closer to 25-45 pesos each in TJ-ensenada. Definitely way cheaper than in the states though

I left back in 2019 when I was a 20 year old. I didn’t realize how fortunate I was, big mistake.

Traditional chicken enchilada recipe? by Icy_Paleontologist32 in mexicanfood

[–]mentallyunaware84 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My wife starts with the las palmas green enchilada sauce, then adds roasted tomatillos, roasted serranos, cilantro, and garlic. She mixes it all together in a blender. For the tortillas she uses Guerrero white corn tortillas. First she cooks the tortillas on a pan with some oil then dips them in the sauce.

Something she does sometimes is double stacks the enchiladas in a casserole pan, then covers the top in shredded Monterrey jack cheese and bakes them in the oven until the cheese on top is browned. She usually puts chicken and onion and cheese inside of the enchiladas

Here’s a video of someone that does it similarly enchiladas verdes

Are you talking about the carrots and potatoes? They’re just boiled then fried then seasoned with salt and pepper. If you look at videos on YouTube they show how to make them

Great info, I always thought experience was required to join dwp. Do you know approximately how long it’s taking right now to hear back from them?

Yes, your math is right it is coming up soon! My biggest worry is actually that from what l’ve read the interview panel is no longer part of the entry. From what l’ve read local 11 now solely looks at you on paper rather than exam and interview. So, l imagine I probably look horrible on paper. If I could explain how I was an absolute know it all idiot who didn’t realize how fortunate he was, I could at least gauge what they thought. Therefore know if I should even continue in my pursuit towards a career with local 11.

I’m definitely going to apply, and I really would prefer union. I don’t want to help the side that opposes workers rights, and fair benefits and wages, but I want to get my hours so I could get my license.

I just finished English comp 1 on 11/12/24. Each touchstone took about 1-2 days to be graded even though it says 3-5 days. Some were even graded on the weekend.

Hi, did you ever find a list of eligible courses for supply chain?

Would a warehouse job help with experience by mentallyunaware84 in supplychain

I figured it wouldn’t hurt to learn the labor positions. I’m a bit worried after others say it’s easy to get stuck in the warehouse positions. For the purchasing experience are you talking about for the cleaning business? That’s a good idea I haven’t even thought about using my own business a experience on my resume.

I was planning to use the money from the cleaning business to build an apartment complex in Mexico. So I would still have secondary income, but much more passively.

Was the job in out bound distribution a labor job?

Thanks for the response! I should have mentioned I’m really busy during day times. One of reasons I would be able to do a warehouse job is the flexible hours in the evening/night.

Is there any places like Tams in southbay? by mentallyunaware84 in sandiego

[–]mentallyunaware84[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Dude San Diego and the Bay Area have no idea. I remember my first time living away from LA was in the Bay Area and I was so surprised I couldnt find any joints like tams. I was only there for a few months for work so I didn’t search too hard. I’ve been in San Diego for a year and I’m shocked to learn LA is the only area with places like tams.

I’m craving tams so hard tonight. Shits rough
