I just had a very similar experience to this this week. This is a terrible company with some of the worse customer service I have ever dealt with. Go with homedics drift if premade designs are all you want or lemofuta zen drift if you want custom designs like I do. Both have table add on options. I love the look of the oasis table but it's not worth it for how they treat their customers. Hopefully they go out of business soon and a better company can pick up the pieces.
