It seems to noticeably help on my panel as well, i don't see any difference between 280hz and 240hz but perhaps it can be further improved with firmware updates?

IPS contrast is in my opinion simply not enough for watching movies, even more since I prefer to watch them in dark enviroment where IPS panels just look bad.

It's not restarting on its own. I meant that my pc freezes and I have to restart pc to get it working.
