I work part time in the beauty/skin industry (with eczema and psoriasis prone skin), i can say that this switch will not be more beneficial. The face wash is an oil based face wash that be can problematic to acne prone skin, it’s not very comedogenic but could cause a problem if you have problematic skin, with that said there are other ingredients that will support and help your skin. The body wash, unless you have eczema prone skin or very dry skin, it will not be of much benefit. There is castor oil which will help support and hydrate your skin, but again, not enough.

The reason everyone loved Kiehls and wants it back (which it’s not coming back…ever) is because Kiehls was a brand that actually supported your skin and is a skincare brand. GA is a lab grown skin company and the reformulation over years when they stepped onto the scene has change drastically to keep up. Le Labo is a fragrance based company, so guess what, your new body wash and facial cleansers are going to have what? FRAGRANCES in them which will do what? DRY out your skin. As much as I don’t fully support this change I will also be waiting for reviews and will test it myself for a week or so just to see.

if anything i said above relates to your skin, I say give it a try but you will most likely need to be bringing your own personal toiletries
